 Here at RokBuy, our goal is to earn your 100% satisfaction!  If you aren’t happy with your experience, then we want to do everything in our power to change that!

Return Policy:

Please contact us within 30 days of placing your order for any return, refund or exchange requests.  Unfortunately, we are unable to grant these requests once the returns period has expired.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in.  It must also be in the original packaging.  Each return is thoroughly inspected upon receipt and if we find that your return is not in new condition, a refund may be denied.

Additional situations in which only a partial refund may be issued:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition
  • Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items - as noted in the product descriptions

Over the years, we have found that keeping the return tracking number USPS, UPS or FedEx gives you can be a great help in speeding up the return process.  It allows both parties to track the return from the time it leaves your hands to the time it reaches our facilities.  You can often find this number on the postage receipt. 

Additional Note: Sometimes we work directly with the manufacturers on our orders and they ship the product to you on our behalf.  Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.  You must contact us to initiate the return process, or your return and refund will be denied.


Refund Policy:

Once we have received your return, please allow up to 3 business days to hear from us.  Once we inspect your return, we will send you an email to let you know the refund status.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.  The timeframe in which you see the credit on your account is wholly dependent on the payment method. 

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.


Exchange Policy:

We guarantee your satisfaction on every order.  If there is any issue at all, please contact us and we will help you in the best way possible. 

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be defective or damaged.  If you feel that you need a prepaid return label, we will provide you with one for valid reasons.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take to complete the exchange process will vary.


Gift Policy:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift purchaser had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift purchaser and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless it was our error as mentioned under the Exchange Policy.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

If you are returning an item over $75, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item without one or both of these extras.
